PURPOSE: A printing method of warp is characterized by printing the warp with a screen printing method, expressing various patterns, producing fabric having various designs, increasing productivity and expressing brilliant design and cubic effect. CONSTITUTION: A printing method of warp is the steps of: (S1, warping) unwinding the warp from bobbins or cones; arranging the warp in accordance with length, width and density; winding the warp around a beam to distinguish the beginning from an end of the warp; (S2, warp tying) passing the warp through a warp comb and connecting the warp with assistant fabric; (S3) controlling tension of the warp; (S4) setting the warp on a printing plate; (S5) mixing 76-84wt.% of size with 16-24wt.% of dyes; (S6) printing the warp with a screen printing method; (S7) steaming the warp with a steamer having 95-105deg.C to fix dyes on the warp; (S8) washing the warp; and then (S9) drying the warp.
