PURPOSE: A manhole cover is provided to open and close a manhole cover simply and easily without equipment at maintenance work and to prevent accidents by preventing a manhole cover from opening and separating while cars are moving on the manhole cover. CONSTITUTION: The manhole cover(20) contains many fitting projections(11) formed on the lower part of a manhole frame(10) to be inclined at regular intervals, many rotary projections(21) formed on the lower part of the manhole cover(20) to be inclined, and a manhole safety net(25) settled to the lower part of the manhole frame(10), wherein the rotary projection(21) of the manhole cover(20) is rotated/coupled to the fitting projection(11) of the manhole frame(10).
