PURPOSE: A device for improving surroundings of a computer and a system including the same are provided to facilitate construction and use of the interface with the computer while considering all surroundings such as temperature, air-cleaning, smell, audiovisual, and touch. CONSTITUTION: A micro-controller(11) outputs a control signal to control perfume ejection, selective cool/hot air emission, and anion generation. A perfume ejector(14) selectively ejects one of the perfumes by responding to the control signal. A cool/hot air emitter(16) selectively emits cool or hot air by responding to the control signal. An anion generator(15) generates anion by responding to the control signal.
