MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF ELECTRODE ROD

PURPOSE: A mounting structure of electrode rod is provided which enables the electrode rod to be easily discharged to the outside during replacement of the electrode rod in degassing vacuum tank facility of steelmaking process to prevent dropping accident of the electrode rod accordingly. CONSTITUTION: The mounting structure of electrode rod comprises electrode transfer cars respectively installed at both sides of an outer part of vacuum tank in such a way that the electrode transfer cars are moved back and forth; a copper piece installed at the respective electrode transfer cars; an electrode calotte installed at the copper piece of a short side of the electrode transfer cars; and an electrode rod(30) installed at the copper piece of a long side of the electrode transfer cars through an electrode piece(50), wherein the electrode rod and electrode calotte are cohesively connected to each other by advancing the long and short sides of the electrode transfer cars into the vacuum tank in such a manner that a tapered part(32) on the outer circumferential surface of which at least one or more of protrusion parts(34) are formed is formed at one end part of the electrode rod, and the electrode piece comprises a tapered inner circumferential part(52) into which one end part of the electrode rod is cohesively inserted, and grooved parts(54) fixed to the protrusion parts with being engaged with the protrusion parts.
