PURPOSE: An underdrain device for water purification is provided which prevents damage of distribution pipe and deterioration of cleaning efficiency and conveniently replaces an existing complicated and expensive underdrain device by installing a triangular inclination wall on an inner part of the side wall, thereby forming first and second conduits. CONSTITUTION: In an underdrain device on an upper part of which filter fixing walls(2) and dispersion holes(3) are installed, and which is consisted of side wall(4) and lower wall(5), the device is characterized in that a triangular inclination wall(6) is installed on an inner part of the side wall(4) in such a way that first conduit(8) is formed side to side between the side wall and inclination wall, and a triangular second conduit(9) is formed between the lower wall and the inclination wall.
