PURPOSE: Provided is a health machine for promoting blood circulation of human body, especially, evenly distributing blood concentrated on leg portion to other organs by rotation thereof. CONSTITUTION: The health machine comprises a support frame(2); a fixed shaft element coupled to the frame(2); hub elements joined to the shaft element; a plurality of rib elements extending from the hub elements; a cylindrical rotational element fixed to the rib elements; a single direction rotational device(20); an auxiliary driving part(22); a seat frame(30); a safe device(40); a starting device(42); a display element(44); and a control part. The support frame(2) stands upright on ground by a pair of triangular frames with an apex point coupled with both ends of the shaft element.
