PURPOSE: A bias circuit of a power amplifier is provided to stabilize bias current by controlling the current applied to a base of a power transistor according to a variation of external power and a variation of temperature. CONSTITUTION: A bias circuit of a power amplifier includes a bias application unit(60), a bias feedback unit(70), and a bias stabilization unit(80). The bias application unit(60) is connected to an external power supply unit in order to apply bias current to a power amplifier(50) of a mobile communication terminal. The bias feedback unit(70) feeds back the bias current to stabilize the bias current applied by the bias application unit(60). The bias stabilization unit(80) prevents the variation of the bias current due to the variation of the external power.
