PURPOSE: A roaming service method is provided to prevent security problems caused due to the authentication between terminal and server and WEP(wired equivalent privacy) algorithm. CONSTITUTION: A roaming service method comprises a step of storing an access point list, checking the occurrence of new event, and judging the content of the event if a new event occurs; a step of performing a predetermined process in accordance with the content of the event, and returning to the previous step; a step of performing an authenticating process for a new terminal, if the event occurs from the access point which is not stored in the access point list; and a step of repeatedly performing the processes in accordance with the result of authentication, storing the terminal connection information to the terminal information list of the current cell, transmitting the message of terminal connection through the adjacent cell, and repeatedly performing the processes.
