TURN OUT HEATING SYSTEM AND TOUCH TYPE COMMUNICATION CONTROL SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A turn out heating system and a touch type communication control system are provided to prevent the malfunction of a railroad switch and to prevent the accident caused by freezing. CONSTITUTION: The turn out heating system and a touch type communication control system comprise the steps of: preheating a rail to keep the primary preset temperature by operating a heater(6) if the atmosphere temperature goes below the standard temperature; heating up a rail rapidly within the preset hours to keep the secondary preset temperature if snowing at the preheating stage; and thawing to keep the heated rail at the secondary preset temperature continuously.
