PURPOSE: A device for warning a ban on a mobile communication terminal is provided to detect a transceiving frequency band of a mobile communication terminal in a place where usage of the mobile communication terminal is prohibited, and to display a region with prohibition of use, then to inform a user of a warning announcement, thereby enabling the user to stop the use of the mobile communication terminal in the region. CONSTITUTION: A frequency band detector(1) detects a transceiving frequency band of a mobile communication terminal inputted through an antenna. A controller(2) outputs a control signal for alarming a region banning on the mobile communication terminal. A display(3) displays the banned region through an LED(Light Emitting Diode) in predetermined picture type according to the control signal outputted from the controller(2). A warning broadcast delivery unit outputs a warning announcement for the banned region through a speaker(SP) according to the control signal outputted from the controller(2).
