PURPOSE: A DC converter for temperature control unit is provided to convert the power of AC 220V to the DC power having the constant voltage by using a coupling circuit of TRIAC and SCR. CONSTITUTION: A DC converter for temperature control unit includes a DC converter having a coupling circuit of TRIAC and SCR. An input voltage of AC 200V is applied to a bridge rectification circuit. The input voltage is converted to the DC power by the bridge rectification circuit. The voltage of the DC power is constantly controlled by turning on or off a gate of SCR according to a temperature control value of a microcomputer IC. The DC power having the constant voltage is applied to a heater in order to prevent the generation of EMI.
