PURPOSE: A call processing method is provided to achieve improved user convenience by permitting users to set the ring time of the mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A call processing method comprises a step(506) of permitting a mobile exchange to perform a paging request in accordance with the call set request of the originating mobile terminal; a step(508,510) of permitting a user to set the terminating mobile terminal responding to the paging request, including the ring time information to the paging response message, and transmitting the paging response message to the mobile exchange; a step of allocating channels to the originating mobile terminal and the terminating mobile terminal when the mobile exchange receives the paging response message; a step of re-setting the ring time value of the ring timer in accordance with the ring time information included in the paging response message; and a step of permitting the mobile exchange to transmit an alerting signal to the terminating mobile terminal and a call connection sound to the originating mobile terminal in accordance with the ring time value.
