PURPOSE: A biological deodorizing system for treating odor and volatile organic compounds is provided, which is characterized in that one biological reactor is divided into several chambers, and each chamber is packed with various type of media, thus can control resident time without channeling and partial moisture depletion. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an inlet(1) through which contaminated gas is introduced into biological deodorizing system; an outlet(2) through which biologically deodorized gas is vented to atmosphere; plural panels(3) which divide reactor into several chambers so that retention time of introduced gas is controlled according to flow rate and concentration; plural sample ports(4) installed at upper side of the system for sampling; a device for supplying water to microorganism; plural drain valve(6) through which water sprayed from above water supplying device is drained; plural chambers(8) in which various media are packed. This biological deodorizing system is characterized in that it is possible to meet with fluctuations in flow rate and concentration of contaminated gas by control of screen height.
