PURPOSE: A device for controlling toner supply of a toner filling device and a device therefor are provided to apply an electric timer method of implementing vacuum conveyor control for inhaling/discharging operations of a toner through a timer reacting to an electrical signal, thereby simplifying a controlling method of a vacuum conveyor. CONSTITUTION: An electric timer comprises as follows. An inhalation control timer(T1) is operated through a DC or an AC power, and controls toner inhalation time of an inhalation valve inserted into a vacuum conveyor. A discharge control timer(T2) is connected with the inhalation control timer(T1), and controls discharge time of a discharge value for discharging an inhaled toner to an inhalation hopper. A damper control timer(T3) controls operation time of a damper formed on a lower side of the inhalation hopper. Relays(R1,R2) for applying power to the timers(T1,T2,T3) are added to lines connecting each timer(T1,T2,T3) together.
