The building plate (1) with an integrated fixture arrangement fits onto a construction material (17), such as a wood or plate beam. The fixture arrangement has a socket (2) arranged in the building plate, in which fits a screw, which is telescopic and has two parts (3,4) with the same thread pitch. The screw can adopt two positions, one of which is a non-fitted position, in which the one part is accommodated telescopically in the other part. The other is a fitted position in which the screw is extended. |
