The present invention refers to a water flow regulating device which allows saving liquid considerably by means of regulation of the fluid pressure; this device can be employed under high, medium and low water pressures. The regulating device of the present invention is designed to be adapted to any tubular water outlet or any water inlet in showers, turbo-injectors, sink aerators, washbasins and in any system where exists the need of saving water. The present device has a considerably cylindrical shape, presenting a cylindrical channel which allows the water flow through the same; the upper portion of the device includes one or more openings that constitute water entrance ways. The device includes a spring which, in combination with the pressure exerted, allows blocking the liquid entrance to the openings mentioned above or favors the liquid entrance by a low water pressure. The device of the present invention is elaborated from a self-lubricant material which prevents salt incrustat ion, even during the use of hard water, preventing also the development of microorganism cultures.
