<p>PURPOSE: A circulating aeration device is provided which is capable of promptly supplying oxygen into wastewater, and a wastewater treating system using the device is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a wastewater treatment system comprising a plural self-oxidation tanks(20,30,40) having regions divided by certain partition walls(12,22,32,42), a circulating aeration device for wastewater purification installed in the respective self-oxidation tanks, and a sludge storage tank(50) for containing sludge removed by the circulating aeration device, the wastewater treating system is characterized in that a through holes are formed on the respective partition walls so that wastewater moves through the through holes, the respective through holes are arranged in a zigzag shape so that a through hole formed on one partition wall does not directly face through holes formed on adjacent partition walls, and the circulating aeration device(100) is installed in the self-oxidation tanks so that wastewater flows in the circulating aeration device and comprises an aeration pipe on one side of which a return hole is formed so that wastewater flown in the circulating aeration device is returned to the self-oxidation tanks through the return hole, a bubble head for producing bubbles by releasing air supplied through a certain air supply pipe from the inside of the aeration pipe, a transfer pipe(160) connected to the aeration pipe to form a path for moving sludge in wastewater lifted along the bubbles, and a turbulence increasing means for increasing turbulence in wastewater returned through the return hole.</p> |
