PURPOSE: Provided is a method for cooking slices of boiled meat by cutting beef or pork meat into a gobbet of about 2kg, heating the cut pieces thereof with condiments and water and then slicing them into a predetermined size. Therefore, the cooked meat slices have no meaty smell and has a good taste. CONSTITUTION: A method for cooking slices of boiled meat is characterized in that beef or pork meat is cut into a gobbet of about 2kg, heated with red pepper paste, garlic, ginger, Welsh onion, black pepper and water in a cooking vessel and then sliced into a thickness of about 1cm after cooling. |
