PURPOSE: A method and a system for manufacturing oxygen beverage are provided to manufacture oxygen beverage containing high dissolved oxygen concentration and maintain high dissolved oxygen concentration by concentrating oxygen into purified water to high concentration, and an apparatus for manufacturing oxygen contained article is provided. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing oxygen contained article comprises a water pressure control unit(41) for pressurizing water to be oxygen dissolved to a certain pressure so that the pressurized water is supplied; a vaporizer(46) for vaporizing oxygen of liquid oxygen container(45) for supply pure oxygen; an oxygen pressure control unit(47) for controlling pressure of oxygen passing through the vaporizer; a cooling unit(42) for cooling mixed beverage supplied through the water pressure control unit; an oxygen contained article manufacturing machine(43) comprising a capillary unit having the porous surface for penetrating water of the cooling unit, a sealing tank for covering the capillary unit, an oxygen valve for supplying oxygen into the sealing tank, and a feedback line for feedback of the outlet side of the capillary unit so that water is mixed with oxygen to form micro-waterdrop stably; and a discharge pump(44) for discharging the pressurized beverage by pressurizing oxygen beverage to which oxygen is bonded in the oxygen contained article manufacturing machine to a certain pressure, wherein the apparatus further comprises an ionization unit(100).
