PURPOSE: A device for processing voice signals of a source device and a display device used when transmitting voice signals through an optical fiber is provided to enable a source device to transmit a voice signal by synchronizing the signal with a clock, and to enable a display device to recognize a voice mode and synchronize the synchronized voice signal with a clock for processing the voice signal, thereby overcoming synchronization. CONSTITUTION: A voice mode decider(200) decides a mode of a voice signal transmitted to a display device. A memory controller(201) parses voice information inputted from a voice processor of a source device, and records the parsed voice information. A memory(202) records the corresponding voice information in transmission clock units under control of the controller(201). An optical transmission voice synchronizer(203) reads the voice information stored in the memory(202) with a transmission clock unit of the voice mode decided by the voice mode decider(200), synchronizes the voice information with an externally inputted optical clock signal(L_CLK), and outputs the synchronized voice information.
