PURPOSE: Provided is a storage method of a kimchi refrigerator which quickly reduces the temperature of the kimchi and quickly freezes it in order to maintain taste and freshness thereof during storage. CONSTITUTION: In a kimchi refrigerator having a heating device and a cooling device, a storage method thereof is characterized by setting initial temperature and time for cooling according to storage capacity of a storage chamber and quick-cooling the kimchi.
