PURPOSE: A pedicle screw and a pedicle screw assembly having the same are provided to correct and stabilize a deformed spinal column by forming a plurality of projections on a rod receiving channel of a pedicle screw. CONSTITUTION: A pedicle screw includes a screw bar(210) and a first head(220). The screw bar(210) is inserted and fixed into a pedicle. The first head(220) includes a rod receiving channel and a screw part. The rod receiving channel is used for receiving a spine rod(10) to correct a spinal column. The screw part is for fixing the spine rod. The rod receiving channel is formed from a back end portion of the screw bar(210) to the screw bar in order to cross a center axis of the spine rod and a center axis of a pedicle screw(202). The first to the third projections(230,232,234) are formed at a bottom part and both sides of the rod receiving channel. The first to the third projections(230,232,234) are in contact with the spine rod.
