PURPOSE: A method for making a card inserting an image selected by a card issuance requestor and the card made by the same are provided to express individualities of each individual with a credit card by making/issuing the credit card printing the image wanted by a card issuance requestor. CONSTITUTION: A recognition mark matched with the image selected by the card issuance requestor is generated/stored in a card issuance requestor list database(110). At least of the image or the recognition mark is printed to the card(130). The recognition mark is detected, the card issuance requestor information matched with the recognition mark is searched from the card issuance requestor list database, and the card insertion information is extracted from the card issuance requestor information(140). The card insertion information is inserted into the card(150).
