<p>PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus are provided to minimize losses of real time data caused due to the continuous channel interference. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a transmitting data generating unit(A) for adding a redundancy to the data to be transmitted and interleaving and outputting data; an access code generator(14) for giving an access code to the generated data; an access code detector(22) for detecting an access code from the received packet; a received data restoring unit for checking errors from the data of the received packet, and restoring data losses by reed-solomon decoding the de-interleaved data; a channel interference detection unit(46) for detecting a channel interference by comparing the accumulated value of the non-match bit of the access code detected for the preset time period with the threshold value; a hopping frequency generator(48) for generating a random hopping frequency by inputting a device address and a clock; and a transmitting/receiving controller(16) for storing, as a substitute channel, a single channel with no channel interference, transmitting data alternately through the preset channel and the substitute channel, and changing the substitute channel to the set channel or storing a new substitute channel when interference is detected continuously from the channel interference detection unit.</p> |
