PURPOSE: A device for automatic attaching papers is provided to automatically attach band-type papers to the edge of a steel plate-urethane panel by using an adhesive tape and to timely replace the adhesive tape by warning operators by a warning device as an alarm buzzer when the remaining winding amount of the adhesive tape is fewer than a predetermined reference value, which is detected by an optical sensor. CONSTITUTION: An automatic paper attaching device to attach band-type papers to an object transferred by a transferring device in one direction by using an adhesive tape along a transferring direction is composed of a paper roll(7), adhesive tape rolls(8a,8b), an adhesion unit adhering papers(4) and an adhesive tape(5), which are rolled out of the paper roll and the adhesive tape rolls, to the object, and a supporting unit supporting to transfer the adhesion unit in a direction of two axes and to rotate the adhesion unit at the same time.
