FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has articulated branches having ring-shape handles and rack-and-pinion member. The handles are connected to lips via tubular casing and tie-rod enclosed into the casing. One lip member has wedge-like shape and pressing working radial surface. The working surface of the other lip member has longitudinal supporting recess of trapezoid cross-section. Longitudinal supporting recess depth and width is coupled with curved surgical needles radius.
