PURPOSE: A passive system of an engine is provided to prevent a serpentine belt from being damaged by heat, and improve the maintainability of components of a passive system of an engine. CONSTITUTION: An intake side of an engine is placed toward a front of a vehicle. A passive system of the engine is placed on the right side of a vehicle proceeding direction of the engine, and is driven by a serpentine belt(5). A power steering pump pulley(9), an alternator pulley(11), and an air conditioner pump pulley(15) are arranged in order on the intake side from the upper part to the lower part, centering around a crank shaft pulley(7). A water pump pulley(21) is arranged on an exhaust side, centering around the crank shaft pulley.
