FIELD: oil-producing industry and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method to remove particles of impurities from a liquid. The method is dealt with technology of removal of particles of impurities from a liquid and may be used in oil producing and other industries, where purification of a liquid from impurities is required. The method provides for a liquid supply into a settling container, separation of particles of impurities under action of the volumetric (gravitational and Archimedean) forces, withdrawal of the purified liquid and removal of impurities. The liquid supplied into the container is distributed through separators representing packages of members with channels, the total area of the through passage section of which is more than the area of the container through passage section. The process of distribution of a liquid in the container through packages of members is combined with removal of the particles of impurities using redistribution of the particles of impurities in the volume of the separators near a zone of the impurities removal from the container. The technical result: the method allows to increase quality of purification of liquids from impurities. EFFECT: increased quality of purification of liquids from impurities. 2 dwg, 1 tbl |
