FIELD: medicine, pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: the suggested rectal suppositories contain preparation of non-steroid group as indometacin and foundation at their following ratio of components, g/suppository: indometacin 0.05-0.1, aerosil 0.015, vitepsol W35 0.401 - 0.416, vitepsol H15 0.9360 0.9709, castor oil 0.039, urea 0.00105, nipasol 0.00045, twin-80 0.00750. The present innovation enables to provide high bioavailability of medicinal preparation at rectal way of its application, increases curative action of indometacin, improves its releasing out of medicinal form and its blood absorption, enables to obtain stable disperse system at applying low quantities of stabilizers by providing microbial purity of preparation at storage.
