PURPOSE: Foamed embossing wall-paper is characterized by filling grooves of a embossed back with a foamed resin layer to have buffering capacity, maintain an embossing state semi-permanently and preventing shrinkage due to drying of paste. A manufacturing method thereof is provided. CONSTITUTION: The foamed embossing wall-paper is comprised of: embossed raw-paper(10) comprised of protrusions(11) on the front and the grooves(12) on the back; the foamed resin layer(20); and back paper(30) adhered to the foamed resin layer(20). The foamed embossing wall-paper is obtained by the steps of: putting the raw-paper(10) with a feeding roller; embossing the raw-paper with an embossing roller; coating the front of the back paper(30) with a foam resin, followed by adhering the back of the raw-paper on the front of the back paper; and then passing the paper through a heating chamber to foam the resin.
