FIELD: complex treatment of fluid media containing mechanical admixtures and micro-organisms. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes forming of flow of fluid medium in form of jets changing discretely their shape and cross- sectional area while passing to zone of treatment through diaphragm; obstacle in form of flexible plate is provided opposite each jet. Longitudinal axis of each jet lies in one plane with frontal edge of obstacle. Device proposed for realization of this method has body and diaphragm with nozzles. Each nozzle consists of taper and slotted sections. Stack of flexible obstacles is secured opposite each nozzle as cantilever.
