FIELD: tube production processes and equipment, namely cold rolling of especially thin-wall tubes of hard-to-form materials. SUBSTANCE: mill for cold rolling of tubes includes framework with guides, working stand with movable housing having supporting rails and movable cartridge with deforming tool, drive unit for moving housing, leverage system for synchronizing motion of movable housing and cartridge. Said system includes rocking lever with bearing assemblies and connecting rods. Bearing assemblies of rocking lever are mounted on eccentric shaft having pulse rotation drive. EFFECT: possibility for rolling especially thin-wall tubes without cracking and without abutting tube ends, enhanced accuracy of tube geometry due to elimination of deformation at reverse stroke and lowered axial efforts at rolling. 3 dwg |
