PURPOSE: A TGS(Transmission Gear Shift) lever guide assembly for a vehicle is provided to prevent noise from being generated by keeping a constant gap with a guide member of a lever, to remove noise by constraining the lever in the lateral direction of the vehicle by applying magnetic force to the guide member. CONSTITUTION: A TGS lever guide assembly for a vehicle is composed of a base; a TGS lever(2) mounted to the base to move in the front and rear sides of the vehicle; a guide member(190) installed to the lever; and a guide magnet(130) installed to the base to keep a constant gap with the guide member in the lateral direction of the vehicle with applying magnetic force to the guide member and to guide the guide member in the front and rear sides of the vehicle. The guide member includes a permanent magnet(191) having polarity same with the guide magnet and a connecting member(193) for connecting the permanent magnet with the lever.
