PURPOSE: Provided is a hair care composition which contains pseudo multi emulsion drops, and simultaneously performs the cleaning and the styling functions with excellent conditioning effect. CONSTITUTION: The hair care composition comprises pseudo multi emulsion drops where hair styling polymers are contained in the circular drops of organic silicon and variants thereof or synthetic polymer. The circular drop has a size of 2-100 micrometers. The organic silicon and the variants thereof are selected from the group consisting of polydimethylsiloxanes, phenyl siloxanes, alkyl methyl siloxanes, dimethicone copolyols, trimethyl amodimethicones, and a mixture thereof. The synthetic polymer is selected from the group consisting of hydrogenated polydecene, hydrogenated C6-14 olefin polymer, polydecene, pentaerythrityl adipate/carprate/caprylate/heptanoate, and mixtures thereof. The hair styling polymer is selected from the group consisting of anionic polymers such as methacryloylethyl betaine/methacrylate polymer, cationic polymers such as polyquaternium-16, and mixtures thereof.
