PURPOSE: An integrated circuit device and an integrated circuit system are provided, which comprise more than two input ports operating independently each other in order to increase efficiency of a data bus of the integrated circuit device. CONSTITUTION: According to the integrated circuit device(300), the first port(P1) is for inputting and outputting data, and the second port(P2) is for inputting data. One of the first port and the second port is selected by an external command when the data is inputted. The integrated circuit device comprises a control pin to receive a control signal to select the first port and/or the second port when the data is inputted. And the integrated circuit system comprises a controller, and the integrated circuit device. The controller generates a command selecting one of the first port and the second port when the data is inputted.
