PURPOSE: A torsion beam-type suspension is provided to improve the lateral strength of the suspension by obliquely installing left and right mounting parts and accordingly to increase operation stability. CONSTITUTION: A torsion beam-type suspension is composed of left and right trailing arms(104,106) of which ends are integrally formed with left and right spindles(112,114), respectively, and the other ends include left and right brackets(107,107'), respectively; a torsion beam(102) for connecting left and right trailing arms; and left and right mounting parts, at which the left and right brackets are installed, respectively, combined to a vehicle body. The left and right mounting parts include an outer pipe integrally formed to a vehicle body bracket combined to the vehicle body; a bush positioned in the outer pipe; and an inner pipe positioned in the bush. Sections of the left and right brackets are the U shape. Insides of the left mounting part and the left bracket are inclined toward the front of the vehicle body. Insides of the right mounting part and the right bracket are inclined toward the front of the vehicle body.
