PURPOSE: A tuning seat cover of a vehicle having a hemisphere supporting tool for preventing the waist and pelvis from leaning and a mounting method thereof are provided to prevent a body of a driver from leaning in cornering and improve safety by mounting a hemisphere protruded tuning tool to both sides of the waist part at the upper end of a seat and the side of the pelvis at the lower end, to considerably reduce fatigue by fixing the waist and the pelvis in a long distance traveling, to improve firmness and durability by using an iron core in mounting the seat cover, and to remove problems for the exterior appearance by using a zipper as a seat cover finishing material. CONSTITUTION: A tuning seat cover of a vehicle having a hemisphere supporting tool for preventing the waist and pelvis from leaning cuts both sides of upper and lower ends of natural and artificial leathers being textiles of the seat cover to be protruded than a pre-attached seat cover, protrude-forms and sews the inner part of a protruded part with sponges, and adds subsidiary materials as non-woven fabrics to the inside at which an iron core for firmness is mounted. A zipper is used in finish-sewing the rear side of the back of the seat cover to easily perform and neatly finish a mounting operation. After mounting the tuning seat cover on to an existing seat cover, a wire is inserted into an iron core inserting hole formed in a seat and a C-ring stably fixes the tuning seat cover to the existing seat cover.
