FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making pelvic peritoneum incision above external iliac blood vessels projection. Ureter is selected and deflected in medial direction. The external iliac blood vessels and vein are selected from fascia covering the musculus iliopsoas. The external iliac blood vessels are deflected in medial direction. Access to proximal part of the obturative space is provided. The external iliac blood vessels are deflected in lateral direction after withdrawing fat tissue from proximal one third of the obturative space. It results in providing access to middle and distal one-third parts of the obturative space. EFFECT: enhanced safety of pelvic lymphodissection; adequate fat tissue withdrawal.
