FIELD: road building. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to process of compacting upper layer of motor road coating made of hot asphalt-concrete mixture. Proposed method includes power action onto alsphalt-concrete mixture by number of compacting passes between which mixture is subjected to vacuum treatment with limitation of deformation. Lever with initial compacting coefficient not less than 0.8 is preliminarily formed and then, at temperature range within 130 and 150oC, rolling is carried out by static roll and vacuum treatment is performed at vacuum not exceeding 4.5 kPa at which value of deformation of layer is limited to 0.1-0.15 of thickness of layer in compacted. EFFECT: optimization of process of compacting, improved reliability and quality of compacted layer at reduced consumption of energy and simplified mechanisms used in process. 1 dwg |
