The invention relates to novel fluoroalkoxy-substituted benzamides, which are used in the pharmaceutical industry for the production of medicaments. The medicaments could be used for the treatment of the following illnesses: of the airway obstructions, acute and chronic airway disorders, dermatoses, disorders of the rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis as well as disorders of the immune system, some types of shock and also generalised inflammations in the gastrointestinal region, also disorders of the heart such as cardiac insufficiency, or such as colics of the kidneys and of the ureters in connection with kidney stones.
