FIELD: petroleum chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: extraction of aromatic hydrocarbons from their mixtures with non- -aromatic hydrocarbons is carried out with triethylene glycol containing low-molecular alcohol as an activating addition. In the method realization alcohols including from 2 to 4 carbon atoms as used as low- -molecular alcohols and their consumption is 3-8 wt.-%. Method provides selectivity and yield of extract without alternation of technological schedule. EFFECT: improved method of extraction. 1 tbl
