FIELD: medicine, stomatology. SUBSTANCE: invention is designated for diagnosis and treatment of diseases accompanying with disturbance in mouth cavity microflora. Method involves analysis of mouth liquid wherein quantitative and qualitative content of short-chain saturated acid are carried out. The normal state of microflora in mouth cavity is evaluated in their total content in the level 0.8-1.9 mg/g. Pharmacological preparation for treatment is taken according to alteration in microflora. Method provides to validate the qualitative composition of microorganisms for prescription of pharmacological agent and to estimate the effectiveness of carrying out treatment.
