FIELD: mechanical engineering, running of rigid rotors. SUBSTANCE: method balancing split rotors with inclined discs consists in determination of values of geometric parameters of rotor by computation and correction of its equilibrium in process of running. If discs of rotor are inclined in similar manner end skew washers which external planes deviate from plane perpendicular to rotation axis through angle opposite to angle of inclination of discs are utilized. They are employed in combination with distance rings which geometric parameters are found by computation proceeding from condition of dynamic balancing of each conventional block made of disc and skew washers bordering on it. If directions of inclination of discs of rotor alternate external planes of end skew washers are set perpendicular to rotation axis and their geometric parameters are established by computation proceeding from condition of dynamic balancing of each mentioned conventional block. EFFECT: expanded capabilities and efficiency of balancing of rigid split rotors carrying moment-unbalanced members. 7 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl |
