METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAVER ADDED WITH CHITOSAN AND ACANTHOPANAX

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing laver added with chitosan and Acanthopanax, thereby maintaining the characteristic taste and flavor of the laver for a long period of time and strengthening pharmacological action thereof. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing roasted laver on conveyors, it comprises the steps of: mixing 0.1-2 wt.% of chitosan solution, 0.1-2 wt.% of Acanthopanax solution, 85-95 wt.% of rapeseed oil, 1-5 wt.% of saline water and 3-10 wt.% of sesame oil to give a raw material; coating laver with salt and the raw material on a conveyor; and transferring the laver from a first conveyor(10) to a second conveyor(20) at the speed of 30-40cm/sed and heating it at high temperature.
