PURPOSE: A dual PCM(Phase Change Material) case in a mobile communication base station system are provided to suppress high temperature and low temperature by using latent heat of a PCM without suppressing high temperature/low temperature through another energy source, thereby preventing temperature of the case from being out of a certain temperature range. CONSTITUTION: A high temperature PCM(110) changes a self phase into solid, liquid, and gas phases, depending on whether inner or outer temperature of the first case(100) changes, and absorbs inner heat of the first case(100). The first case(100) has an inner wall(120) and an outer wall(130) for filling the high temperature PCM(110) in sealed phase. A low temperature PCM(210) changes a self phase into gas, liquid, and solid phases, depending on whether outer or inner temperature of the second case(200) changes, and emits heat inside of the second case(200). The second case(200) has an inner wall(220) and an outer wall(230) for filling the low temperature PCM(210) in sealed phase, and covers the first case(100). |
