FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining circulating immune complexes level and antibodies to collagen of type I and IV in blood samples simultaneously taken from varicosed vein and healthy vein (from vena cava superior bed). Difference is calculated between circulating immune complexes levels in blood samples taken from varicosed vein and circulating immune complexes levels in blood samples taken from healthy vein. The difference being greater than 20 and no autoantibodies to collagen of type I and IV being found, favorable result is predicted. The difference less than 20 and autoantibodies to collagen of type I and IV being found, unfavorable result is to be predicted. EFFECT: high reliability of prognosis. |
