PURPOSE: Provided is a device for completely washing tar mists attached to an electric dust collector for collecting tar mists contained in a coke oven gas, that improves the efficiency of the electric dust collector. CONSTITUTION: The device(1) comprises: a duct(10) for supplying a chlorine-based washer liquid connected to the top of the collector(100); a nozzle head(20) having a nozzle(22) for injecting the chlorine-based washer liquid, that is connected to the duct(10) and disposed at the upper part inside the collector(100); a washer liquid separation tank(40) connected to the lower part of the collector(100) and equipped with a drainage duct(30) for discharging the washer liquid and tar precipitates separately; a washer liquid storage tank(50) connected to the washer liquid separation tank(40) by means of a connection duct(52) and equipped with a circulation pump(54) for supplying the washer liquid to the duct(10); and a pot(60) for storing the precipitated tars, connected to the downstream of the separation tank(40) through a discharging duct(62) and connected to the drainage duct(30) through a connection duct(64).
