PURPOSE: A method for managing a process state in a mobile communication system is provided to manage states of multiple processes by using ID information and resource information of an operating system when driving the processes, thereby exactly deciding state management in real time. CONSTITUTION: A system reads a process shape list and predetermined process data, and collects/stores the read list and the data in a process shape information storage(S41). A process state information collector decides whether an interrupted process exists(S42). If not, the process state information collector collects/stores resource information of an operating system(S44). A process management block confirms whether processes normally treat a message by retrieving the resource information(S45). If so, the process management block stores the corresponding processes in a special management process(S46). The process management block detects whether usage information of message queues of the processes is abnormal more than certain frequency(S47). If so, the process management block stops or restarts the processes(S48).
