FIELD: materials handling facilities; load lifting cranes. SUBSTANCE: crane, capacity up to 5 tons, contains span beam and end beams with trolleys. Each trolley has cheeks and running rolls arranged between cheeks with rigidly secured coaxial bushings. Rolls are mechanically coupled with geared motor. End beam is made of square section rolled pipe with rigidly secured coaxial bushings through which axle is passed which connects cheeks. Said axle is installed in additional coaxial bushings rigidly secured in cheeks and coinciding with axle fastening the trolleys to end beam. Running rolls are connected to checks by means of axles fitted in holes of coaxial bushings rigidly secured in cheeks. Trolleys are secured on end beam by means of split joints. EFFECT: reduced labour input in manufactured, mounting and maintenance of crane. 2 cl, 5 dwg |
