PURPOSE: A cooling fan for a vehicle is provided to improve the cooling capability by increasing air volume of a cooling fan in the case that a heating value of an engine increases. CONSTITUTION: A hub member(110) is installed rotatively centering around a rotary shaft(21). A plurality of blade members(120) are formed on a circumferential surface of the hub member at a regular gap, separable from the circumferential surface. The hub member includes a cylinder part(400) filled with oil in a diameter part. A plurality of first piston parts(310) and second piston parts are installed inside and outside the cylinder part. The blade members are extended in an external direction by chain compressing actions of the first piston parts, oil(410) in the cylinder, the second piston parts, and the blade members to enlarge a diameter of a cooling fan.
